Privacy Policy

The Agent Marketing Hub is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Legacy Lead Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as "The Agent Marketing Hub." This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

What we collect

To provide the platform, we collect a limited set of information from our customers (insurance agencies and their authorized users):

  • Account information — name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and payment method details (handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers).
  • Usage information — login records, feature usage, support tickets, and billing events generated by your activity on the platform.
  • Customer Data — the contacts, communications, recordings, and CRM data you upload to or generate within the platform on behalf of your business.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary to operate the platform.

How we use it

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the platform
  • To process billing and respond to support requests
  • To communicate platform updates, security notices, and (with your consent) marketing
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models. We do not share Customer Data with third parties except as required to provide the platform (e.g., infrastructure providers, payment processors) or as required by law.

Customer Data ownership

You own your Customer Data. We hold it on your behalf to provide the platform, and we will return or delete it on termination of your account in accordance with our terms.

Third-party processors

The platform is built on infrastructure provided by HighLevel (the underlying agency platform), Twilio (telephony and SMS), AWS / Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (billing), and AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Each of these has their own privacy practices, and Customer Data may flow through them as necessary to deliver platform features.

SMS / Text messaging

The Agent Marketing Hub sends SMS communications to users who have opted in via our website forms, demo booking pages, customer signup, support ticket submissions, or by texting keywords to our SMS-enabled phone number.

What we send: Demo confirmations, appointment reminders, onboarding notifications, account updates, payment alerts, support acknowledgments, and occasional marketing or product update messages.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction with our services.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. We honor opt-out requests immediately, and no further SMS will be sent unless the user opts in again.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for support contact information.

Standard rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier. The Agent Marketing Hub does not charge for SMS communications.

Sender identity: All SMS communications originate from Legacy Lead Media LLC d/b/a The Agent Marketing Hub, operating from +1 (346) 658-3737.

Compliance: We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws governing SMS communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

Compliance considerations

The platform is used by insurance agencies and may handle health-related information in connection with Medicare and ACA enrollment activities. We have not signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for HIPAA covered-entity status; agencies subject to HIPAA should evaluate the platform accordingly. Insurance-related data is handled in accordance with applicable state and federal insurance regulations.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Agent Marketing Hub. Active customers receive a separate written agreement that governs their specific arrangement.

Who we are

The Agent Marketing Hub is operated by Legacy Lead Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We provide a software-as-a-service platform built for insurance agencies, including CRM, communications, automation, AI, and recruiting tools.

Who can use the platform

The platform is intended for use by licensed insurance agencies and their authorized agents. By signing up, you represent that you have authority to bind your agency to these terms and that your use will comply with all applicable insurance, marketing, telemarketing, and data-protection laws.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring your authorized users comply with these terms. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform; we hold it on your behalf to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Send unsolicited communications in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws
  • Misrepresent your identity, your products, or your authorization
  • Violate carrier compliance rules (A2P 10DLC registration, opt-out handling, etc.)
  • Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use the platform to target minors, vulnerable populations, or in any predatory manner

Fees and billing

Standard pricing starts at $97 per agent / month plus pre-paid usage credits for variable services (calls, texts, AI, email). Detailed pricing is provided to active and prospective customers. We bill monthly; usage credits replenish automatically per your account settings.

Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The underlying platform depends on third-party providers (HighLevel, Twilio, AI vendors), and our service is necessarily subject to theirs. We may update features, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice.

SMS / Text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our forms or SMS keywords, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Lead Media LLC d/b/a The Agent Marketing Hub at the number provided.

Message types: Customer care, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, billing and payment alerts, support acknowledgments, marketing offers, and other business-related communications.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Standard rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We honor opt-out requests immediately.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.

Privacy: Your use of our SMS service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. We send SMS only to users who have explicitly opted in via our website forms or SMS keywords.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of our SMS service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may cancel at any time, subject to outstanding fees and any applicable notice period in your written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these terms, or activity that creates legal or operational risk to us or our other customers. On termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for issues arising from third-party providers or your own business operations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Data Processing Addendum

Effective

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs how we process personal data on behalf of customers who require formal data-protection commitments (e.g., agencies operating in regulated environments or under state-specific data-protection laws).

Roles

For most personal data flowing through the platform, the customer (the insurance agency) is the controller and Legacy Lead Media LLC is the processor. We process Customer Data on the customer's documented instructions and only as necessary to provide the platform.

Subprocessors

We use the following categories of subprocessors to deliver the platform:

  • HighLevel — underlying agency platform infrastructure
  • Twilio — telephony, SMS, A2P registration
  • Cloudflare and AWS — content delivery, hosting, security
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — AI/LLM services for content generation, conversation handling, and voice features
  • Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace — internal email and document infrastructure

We provide reasonable notice of any new subprocessor and offer customers the opportunity to object before activation, where commercially feasible.

Security measures

We rely on the security practices of our underlying infrastructure providers (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar certifications held by HighLevel, AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe, and our AI providers). At the platform level, we implement:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
  • Encryption at rest for stored Customer Data
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles
  • Audit logging of administrative actions
  • Multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts

International transfers

The platform and its subprocessors operate primarily in the United States. Customers outside the United States should evaluate cross-border transfer implications applicable to their jurisdiction.

Customer rights and assistance

We provide reasonable assistance to customers responding to data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, portability) and to regulatory inquiries. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request" to initiate a request.

Data return and deletion

On termination of a customer's account, we provide a 30-day window for data export, after which Customer Data is deleted from our active systems. Backup retention follows our standard schedule (typically 30-90 days) before final deletion.

Incident response

In the event of a security incident affecting Customer Data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay, in any case within the timelines required by applicable law.
